Yoga Pod Lodo

Yoga Pod is here to help you build your physical skills, challenge you along the way, and achieve a greater sense of presence. Our classes are built for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and will guide you to a greater state of health, well-being, and connection. Each class will allow you to increase your body awareness, flexibility, and strength all while decreasing stress and providing a platform for personal growth. Everyone is unique, and your experience will be too. We recommend that you try all of our styles to experience the breadth of our offerings. Importantly, we are here to help guide you. As we too were once in your shoes, both as a brand new student and an avid practitioner, we are here to guide you during your yoga and fitness journey. Please call our studio or talk in person to any of our excellent staff and they will be able to assist you directly. Most importantly, know you can do this! See you on the mat.

Lindsey Long

Yoga Instructor

Lindsey graduated from the University of Tulsa, and has 500+ hours of training that spans barre, yoga, group fitness, as well as pre and post natal work. In addition to teaching, she is also a barre teacher trainer and the barre ambassador for Yoga Pod, Inc.

Elyse Rousseau

Yoga Instructor

After moving to Boulder, she studied under Shannon Paige and graduated with 200 RYT and Anjali Restorative certifications. Inspired by the world around her, she brings a sense of empowerment and love to each class. By using breath, meditation and music, she hopes to keep each class light with a taste of power.

Channing Grivas

Yoga Instructor

Channing has her BS in Health & Exercise Science and a Masters in Herbology. Her background in spots recovery cultivates a knack for placing the body in an intelligent and inspiring sequence that is never repeated. She teaches non-expectation and is determined and dedicated to incorporate strength and flexibility into ALL of life's functions.
