Located in the SloHi neighborhood of Denver, CO, High Ride incorporates cardio, weights, and resistance to provide a full body workout. A combination of music, lighting, and energy help to create a positive and rewarding experience for each rider. You will do some side to sides, tap backs, 4 corners, and push-ups - It’s a party on a bike! The experienced and motivated instructors will guide you through an energizing 45 minute workout whether you’re an expert or a beginner. All classes are held in High Ride’s cycle room that is dark with blacklights for a club like feel. We also have a large patio for outdoor classes and special events.
As former DJ, lifelong athlete, and spin addict Danielle found the perfect way to combine her passions through instructing. Her classes are upbeat and intense with a hint of inspiration to keep you pushing your personal limits. When she's not teaching you can find her on a hike, at a rooftop bar sippin' a delicious cocktail or combing through new music to make the most poppin' playlists.
Lindsay has been teaching at High Ride since the grand opening in July. She's taught for a little over a year and loves the energy in the cycle room. She brings a high intensity workout with a playlist that keeps you going. She'll make you sweat and push you hard to give everything you've got.
Jenna is a certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, a certified Spinning instructor, and is a certified yoga instructor. She believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness, and feels that through nurturing mind, body and spirit, we are able to achieve balance in our lives and reach our most optimal level of health.
